Fabrication capabilities
From raw plate to a tested, dispatch-ready vessel — every stage happens under one roof.
Plate Cutting, Rolling & Forming
Preparation and forming of plate material into vessel shells, heads and structural sections.
Qualified Welding Bays
Welding carried out to qualified procedures (WPS) by welders qualified to the relevant code.
In-Process & Final NDT
Non-destructive testing coverage applied during fabrication, not only at final inspection.
Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Testing
Pressure testing facilities to prove vessels and systems before dispatch.
Surface Preparation & Coating
Blasting and protective coating application to specification.
Lifting & Material Handling
Overhead lifting and handling equipment sized for large vessel and structural assemblies.
Covered Fabrication Bays
Fabrication carried out under cover, protecting work quality from weather and site conditions.
Material Traceability & Storage
Incoming material logged and stored with traceability maintained through to the finished product.
Two locations
Head office and factory, both in Lahore
Engineering, project management and client-facing teams are based at our Khayaban-e-Amin head office, with fabrication carried out at our Multan Road manufacturing facility.
